Maui Doctoral Residency — Reflective Interview

Informed Consent

Welcoming illustrated guide

You are invited to take part in a doctoral research interview about the Maui doctoral residency. Participation is voluntary and completely anonymous.

This interview is conducted asynchronously through this web page. No account is required. The transcript sent to the researcher contains only the words you write — no identifying information (your name, email, IP address, or submission time) is attached to your responses.

You will be guided through a short opening protocol and then a series of open-ended questions. You may type your answers or use the dictation feature. After each question, and again at the end, you will be given the opportunity to review and redact anything you do not want included.

You may close the tab at any time without submitting; nothing is saved until you choose to submit at the very end. If you submit, only your written answers are shared with the researcher, in de-identified form.

[Placeholder consent copy — please edit `src/config/interview-script.ts` to insert your IRB-approved informed consent language before sharing this link with participants.]

If you're on a shared or public computer, please finish in one sitting — or use the "Clear and start over" button before leaving, so the next person doesn't see your draft.
